Virtual Reiki Restorative
What is Reiki?
Rei (Universal) Ki (Energy) is a non-invasive energy healing art with its roots founded in Japan. This healing technique treats you holistically (your mind, body, and spirit) which results in stress reduction and relaxation, ultimately promoting emotional and physical healing. Reiki is based on the idea that energy flows through us - when this energy is low, we are more likely to suffer emotionally and physically. As a Reiki Practitioner, I work as a conduit to guide this life force energy into your seven main chakras (energy centers) and aura to help you feel like yourself.
How can Reiki help me?
Relieve symptoms from stress, anxiety and depression
Open and balance energetic centers (chakras)
Remove energetic blockages
Promotes Inner Peace
Relax and restore your mind, body & spirit
Increase your energy and mental clarity
Deeper and more restorative sleep
Ease physical pain
Speed up recovery from medical procedures
Restore you to your natural state of being
What does a Reiki Restoration Session look like?
Virtual
We do not need to coordinate our schedule. However, if we can, you will find yourself able to fully immerse into the experience as well. For example, I can send you reiki at an agreed upon time (ex. 8pm) and you can get cozy and comfy in your own space while I provide reiki. OR I can provide reiki at anytime within 3 business days to you from time of purchase. You will receive your Chakra Well-Being Guide, a curated approach to continued balance, and record of guidance.
What does Reiki feel like?
During a session, you may feel a multitude of emotions, feel physical sensations, and have various Clair senses (sight/auditory/smell/etc.) activated. Anything that you experience during your session is completely normal and occurs because you are ready. I always tell my clients that if they see/hear/smell something during a session, then it is meant to be there for a reason. I also have the above experiences, but from a healer’s perspective. You will be surprised at the similarities between your experience and my experience.
